Changelog

What changed in the API, newest first.

v1 (November 2026)

Added after the first release

  • Tickets (list, read, reply, close and reopen), ban appeals (list and decide), the watchlist, forms and their responses.
  • Staff records, orders, the activity board, sessions and shifts, time off, assignments and promotion recommendations, for experiences that use those modules.
  • Webhooks are part of the API and available on every plan, with a documented v1 body, single-event subscriptions and two signatures for 24 hours after a secret is replaced. See Webhooks. Webhooks you already had keep sending the original body until you switch them.
  • Managing webhooks through the API (permission webhooks.manage), and an optional address of its own for the API (api. host).
  • A key made by the experience owner is no longer treated as the owner, so it can only do what its permissions say.

First release

  • Keys with scopes, expiry and per-experience access, managed under Developer.
  • Players, moderation records, bans, unbans, kicks, warnings and notes, running servers, announcements, staff, roles, analytics and the audit log.
  • Rate limits per plan, Idempotency-Key for writes, and an OpenAPI description at /api/v1/openapi.json.

Versioning

The version is in the address (/api/v1). Within a version we add endpoints and fields and never remove or rename them. A breaking change becomes a new version (/api/v2). The old version keeps working through an announced notice period, and its answers carry a Deprecation header once it is scheduled to end.
