What RoWarden does
A short tour of what you can run from one dashboard.
RoWarden is a dashboard for Roblox game studios. You register your experiences, verify that you own them, and then manage your whole community from one place, on the website and in Discord.
- Moderation: ban, unban, kick and warn players, with proof files, appeals and a full history. See Moderation.
- Staff: roles with fine-grained permissions, invitations, and a Discord bot that adds staff with
/whitelist. See Staff and permissions. - Discord: one bot for every experience, log channels, role sync and Roblox verification. See Discord.
- Roblox: group rank sync, an API key vault, a generated in-game script, DataStores and analytics. See Roblox.
- Players: a public page per experience with ticket forms, ban appeals and forms. See Players and support.
- Staff management: teams, activity, records, time off, sessions, quotas, promotions, orders and more, switched on per experience. See Staff management.
One permission system governs all of it. Whether someone acts on the website, in Discord or inside your game, the same rules apply, and every change is written to the audit log.
