Staff records
The logbook of warnings, commendations, notes, promotions and suspensions.
Staff records are a logbook per staff member: warnings, commendations, notes and custom records added by hand, plus promotions, demotions, suspensions and username changes written automatically.
- Evidence: up to five images, videos, PDFs or text files per record, each up to 10 MB, shown inline.
- Templates add extra questions to a record (short answer, paragraph, choice, number, date).
- Warning expiry can be set per record, per template or as a default. Voided and expired warnings stop counting towards the warning badge.
- Records are never deleted. A manager voids one with a reason.
- Suspensions can end on a date and lift by themselves.
- Username changes are noticed every six hours when a staff member renames their Roblox account.
- Search by title or text, and filter by kind.
Who can read them
The owner reads everything. Others read the records of staff below their own role, and only with View staff records of staff below you. Staff can read the records about themselves only if the owner allows it under the logbook settings. Evidence files follow the same rule.
