Connections and Trello
Connect your own keys, and turn events into Trello cards.
The Connections module is where an experience keeps keys for other services: Trello, Google and AI providers. Keys are stored encrypted, never shown again, and used only for the features you switch on. Only the owner (or a role given Manage connections) can add or remove them.
Trello cards
- Create a Trello API key and token (trello.com/power-ups/admin) and add them under Connections → Trello.
- Choose Add a card rule, pick a board, then when this happens and the list to add a card to.
Events you can turn into cards: a time off request, a promotion recommendation, a new order, a staff record, a new session, and a staff suspension. The card has the details and a link back to the right page in RoWarden. Cards are created with the same retries as webhooks, and a paused rule creates nothing.
Remove a connection to stop everything that uses it.
